Intern

Key Responsibilities:


•    Assist in daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
•    Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•    Support with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
•    Participate in the preparation of invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
•    Assist with documentation and filing of accounting records and financial documents.
•    Support in internal audits by preparing required documentation.
•    Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
•    Assist with expense report verification and processing.
•    Collaborate with other departments to collect and verify financial data.
•    Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
•    Support in Management of documentation work flow throughout the Company using SAP and FITEK IN solutions
 

Requirements:


•    Bachelor’s degree or final year of studies pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Finance or related fields,
•    Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
•    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills/ involvement in AIESEC / AmCham/ activities or participation in work of other similar organization is a plus
•    Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
•    Fluency in English language.
