What to do if you did not find your baggage at the appropriate baggage carousel after landing or if your luggage has been damaged?
After landing and passing through the passport control, we kindly as you to visit the lost/found desk located in the baggage claim area and fill out an appropriate document - record, which is necessary to further track the status of your baggage.
All relevant services and airlines are engaged on locating and delivering your baggage as soon as possible, therefore we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
You can check the status of your lost baggage by entering the file reference number from the Lost and Found report you have received when reporting the issue (Electronic baggage tracing).
