Belgrade Airport, part of the VINCI Airports network, continues to improve its long-haul flight offering, and as of today, direct flights operated by Air Serbia to Toronto have been established from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. This highly demanded transoceanic route represents a significant reinforcement of Belgrade Airport’s flight schedule and opens new possibilities for passengers seeking a faster and more comfortable connection with Canada.
In this way, Belgrade Airport continues to further strengthen the position of Belgrade as a leading aviation hub in this part of Europe. This important step forward not only further expands the regular flight offering from Nikola Tesla Airport, but also opens a new chapter in the expansion of transatlantic traffic, setting higher standards for Serbia’s connectivity with major global metropolises.
By connecting with Toronto, located on the shore of Lake Ontario, new horizons for economic cooperation are opening, while passengers from Belgrade and the region are provided with the fastest and most comfortable transport to a dynamic global center of culture and business. On this route, an Airbus A330-200 aircraft will operate twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
As part of the global VINCI Airports network, Belgrade Airport, through continuous infrastructure investments, expansion and modernization of capacities, continues to strengthen its network of destinations.
All information on the flight schedule, new destinations, airlines, and available services at Nikola Tesla Airport can be found on the official website www.beg.aero, as well as via the Belgrade Airport mobile application.
