Call to gate

Starting June 18, 2024, Belgrade Airport will introduce a new type of passenger notification, "Call2gate", regarding the exit / "GATE" for each departing flight.

The Exit / "GATE" number will no longer be displayed on the boarding pass, as it was until now, but will only be displayed on the MONITORS with the status of the flight.

The number of the Exit / "GATE" will be announced on the MONITORS depending on the departure time of the flight or its eventual delay, namely:

  • The EXIT / "GATE" NUMBER will be announced 70 minutes before the aircraft/flight departure for narrow-body aircraft on flights to the region, Europe, Russia, including flights to the Middle East and Africa (Tunisia, Egypt...).
  • The EXIT / "GATE" NUMBER will be announced 90 minutes before the aircraft/flight departure for wide-body aircraft on intercontinental flights, excluding flights to the Middle East and Africa (Tunisia, Egypt...).
  • The EXIT / "GATE" NUMBER will be announced 120 minutes before the aircraft/flight departure for the wide-body aircraft on intercontinental flights to North America.

We kindly ask all passengers to follow the information about the exit / "GATE" (GO TO GATE) for the departing flight on the MONITORS in the Airport Terminal.
