- Modern central contact parking lots and reconstructed access roads for easier access to the terminal
- New Kiss & Fly area for short stays
- New parking in the vicinity of the terminal for on-line reservations
Belgrade, June 26, 2023
Belgrade Airport is completing extensive works on the plateau in front of the terminal, contact parking lots and access roads in the nearby, making the access to the central airport building significantly easier for vehicles, passengers and visitors. The works include complete reconfiguration, upgrading and improvement of the road system and access roads, which, after a year and a half, introduces the final mode of traffic and passenger flow.
New Kiss & Fly area is introduced, intended for a quick, up to 5 minutes free of charge passengers drop-off. Any longer stay is charged according to the valid price list. Kiss & Fly area extends along the road next to the terminal building, allowing passenger and taxi vehicles direct access to the airport building.
There is now a public city transport stop, as well as tourist buses stop, on the level of the reconstructed plateau in front of the central building, and on the arrivals level, where taxi station is located again.
Additionally, three new modern central parking lots intended for shorter stays will soon be opened in front of the terminal. These contact parking lots are equipped with a state-of-the-art surveillance system, access and payment control, and LED lighting:
- Premium Parking P1, closest to the terminal, with 120 parking spaces;
- Parking P2 (formerly P3) with 370 spaces, including dedicated parking spaces for passengers with reduced mobility;
- Parking P3 with around 90 spaces, intended exclusively for online reservations.
Passengers still have available existing parking lots: Garage near the terminal, with a capacity of 500 parking spaces; Parking P7, in the area of the cargo terminal, with a capacity of nearly 200 parking spaces and Tesla parking, with about 780 spaces and the first three hours of free of charge parking, which is connected to the terminal by a free shuttle bus.
